Cleaning Services Policy

Please be sure all valuables are cleared from the Site, as we may assume all items are unwanted and may be disposed of. The individual giving the bid will ask you more information of what we will be clearing, versus what we will leave untouched. If you tell us to "clear everything" within the site, or a specified area, we are not responsible for missing property that may have been in that area.

Drop-Off Bin Policy

When we drop-off a bin, we ask that you do not remove it, or transport it off of the Site in which it was placed. Doing so could be seen as theft, and legal action will be taken.

Please do not fill with hazardous materials. Certain house hold materials may be classed as "Hazardous" by the landfill, and can result in a Fine. If you wish to Dump hazardous materials, please inform the individual bidding on the site. He will provide information for said material.

Please refrain from throwing the following material into the bins. They are either "Hazardous", or carry fines we would like to avoid. If you wish to Dump the following materials, please inform the individual bidding on the site. He will provide information for said material.

Hazardous Household Waste

How do I get rid of these chemicals?

We’ve all had to get rid of used motor oil, left over paint and solvents, and fertilizer. Please be sure to recycle or properly dispose of these items at the City’s Environmental Recycling Center. Taking them to the environmental center in town means you are keeping them from accidentally ending up in our waterways. Do NOT throw these materials in the trash. They end up in the landfill and leach into the ground and our groundwater supply.

What are some household hazardous waste items?
